As you are aware, due to the coronavirus pandemic and fear, there have been some restrictions on large meetings and travel. While the suggested guidelines have been varied and we may not be considered a “large” meeting space, we do gather often to worship and fellowship regularly. With all this in mind, we still plan to conduct Church activities as scheduled at this time and will be monitoring the situation and recommendations of state officials. We are taking extra preparations to make sure meeting spaces are thoroughly cleaned before and during events and meetings.
What WE have done:
•Increased deep cleaning and disinfecting in all areas, including the classrooms, bathrooms, and sanctuary.
•Added additional cleaning and sanitizing materials to assist with prevention methods.
What YOU can do:
•Wash your hands for 20 seconds using hot water
•Utilize hand sanitizers located in the entryway and wash hands thoroughly in the restrooms
•Feel comfortable in offering a smile and a wave instead of a hug or handshake
•Stay home if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, especially if you have a fever
•Stay connected to the church by following our social media pages for any updates
We want to make The Sanctuary a safe place for everyone, however we are faith based and not fear based. As of right now we will have services as scheduled. If you are unable to attend I would encourage you to tune into another service via lives stream.
While we want to take all precautions we can to help fight this pandemic, please do not minimize the power of prayer.
Psalms 91:9-11 KJV
“Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.”
