At The Sanctuary, we hold dear to the ideal that worship is more than just the songs we sing during worship, but also in how we live our lives. 
As the Psalmist David so elegantly put, let everything that has breath praise the Lord. So, when we have praise and worship time, we as a church view this as a gift or love offering unto the Lord.
So, if you feel like raising your hands to the Lord during worship- feel free to do so! If you feel like clapping your hands or dancing or even coming up front to worship, feel free to do so as well!
